These custom Warrior Martial Arts boxing gloves come in 12 oz, 14 oz, or 16 oz options. 

For sizing, the number of ozs you get depends on your weight and what kind of sparring the user is doing.

For Warrior's training, here is a general sizing chart

Kids - 12 oz Teenagers - 12 - 14 oz

Adults (Light sparring) - 12 oz
Adults (Heavy sparring) - 14 oz for women, 16 oz for men.
